Repair Service

Extending the lifecycle of our garments is a core part of our practice to minimize textile waste. To keep your CCQ pieces in use for as long as possible, we offer an ongoing repair service.

* Within 1 year of purchase: Repairs are provided free of charge. Customers are only responsible for round-trip shipping fees.

* After 1 year of purchase: Repairs are available for a fee, which varies depending on the condition of the garment. Shipping fees apply.

How to request a repair

Please send an email to cs@ccqstore.com with the subject line [repair]. Ensure your email includes the following:

* Clear photos of the area requiring repair

* A brief description of the damage

* Your contact information and order details (if available)
