Shipping Policy
* Order Processing: Orders placed before 12PM (KST) on weekdays are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
* Pre-order: Please allow the specific production period noted on the product page. Pre-order items will be dispatched sequentially starting from the announced release date.
*In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified individually.

Shipped via Korea Post (우체국택배)

International Shipping
We offer two reliable options: Koera Post EMS and EMS Premium.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified individually via email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes on International Orders
*DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country.
*Responsibility: These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping ocst.
*EU & UK Customers: Import VAT and handling fees may be charged regardless of the order value. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In its original, unused and unworn condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt of proof of purchase.
* Please note that Pre-order and custom products are final sale and not eligible for returns, as these products are made to order.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: CCQ will cover all shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange.
* For returns sent from outside South Korea, please clearly label the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on the outer packaging and customs declaration. CCQ is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred on return shipments. Any such charges will be deducted from your final refund, or the package may be declined and returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at cs@ccqstore.com to initiate your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
You can request a cancellation while your order is in the 'Preparing for shipping' stage by contacting our customer support at cs@ccqstore.com. We will process your request as soon as it is confirmed.
Once the product has been dispatched (In Transit), orders cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow the return policy.
* For custom-made or made to order items, cancellations for a change of mind may not be accepted once the production process has begun. We kindly ask you to choose your items carefully before placing an order.
