Terms of Service

 

SECTION 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the online store and the User in using internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the CCQ Store (hereinafter referred to as the "The store") operated by TORYO. ※ 「These terms shall also apply to electronic commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., unless it contradicts the nature of such transactions.」

SECTION 2 (Definitions)

① "The store" refers to a virtual business place established by CCQ Store to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") using information and communication facilities such as computers, and also refers to the entity operating the online store. ② "User" refers to members and non-members who access the "The store" and receive services provided by the "The store" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. ③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the "The store" and can continuously use the services provided by the "The store." ④ "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "The store" without joining as a member.

SECTION 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)

① The "The store" shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, company name, representative's name, business address (including the address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, and the personal information protection officer on the initial service screen (front page) of CCQ Store so that users can easily recognise them. ② Before the user agrees to the terms, the "The store" must provide a separate link or pop-up screen to obtain the user's confirmation regarding important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions. ③ The "The store" may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce」, 「Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions」, and 「Personal Information Protection Act」. ④ If the "The store" amends the terms, the effective date and the reason for the amendment shall be announced on the initial screen along with the current terms from 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if the changes are disadvantageous to the user, a grace period of at least 30 days shall be provided.

 

SECTION 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The "The store" performs the following tasks:

  1. Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts.

  2. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded.

  3. Other tasks determined by the "The store" ② In the event of out-of-stock items or changes in technical specifications, the "The store" may change the contents of the goods or services provided under future contracts.

SECTION 5 (Suspension of Service)

① The "The store" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of computers or information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication. ② The "The store" shall compensate for damages suffered by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of services, unless the "The store" proves that there was no intentional or negligent misconduct.

SECTION 13 (Supply of Goods)

① Unless there is a separate agreement regarding the timing of supply, the "The store" shall take necessary measures such as bespoke production or packaging to ensure delivery within 7 days from the date the user placed the order. However, if the "The store" has already received full or partial payment, measures shall be taken within 3 business days of receipt.

SECTION 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

① A user who has entered into a contract with the "The store" may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date they received the written contract (or the date the supply of goods commenced). ② The user cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:

  1. If the goods are lost or damaged due to the user's responsibility (excluding damage to packaging for the purpose of inspecting the contents).

  2. If the value of the goods has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption.

  3. If the value has decreased significantly over time to the point where resale is difficult.

SECTION 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes between the "Toryo (trading as CCQ)" and the user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. ② Korean law shall apply to all electronic commerce lawsuits filed between the "The store" and the user.

Addendum These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 3 February 2026.
